The firm’s global team of internationally regarded local experts in their respective fields allows Steinbock to act as a local across different countries executing projects from real estate acquisition and development, special situations investments and farming.

In Real Estate, Steinbock (via its Brazilian portfolio companies) acquired 550 hectares of developable land, including the most beautiful 4 kilometers of prime, unencumbered beachfront property in the fastest growing beach in the state of Ceará, Brazil, near a major tourist hub and its newly operational international airport. The firm is developing a 1.5 million square meter project encompassing leading hotels, residential and retail masterplan. This would be a one-of-a-kind development in Latin America focused on sustainability and design bringing together world renown architects, landscapers and designers. The region is considered top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world by Conde Nast, NY Times and Washington Post. In addition, it is considered the best kite beach in the world with the rare distinction which allows kitesurfers to do over 1,200 km downwinders with consistent wind.
